. I hope i will take a good practic wich help with it. Ritalin is forbidden in my country =(

Recently diagnosed too (27) and just knowing the root of my struggles has been a huge relief. I’m sorry to hear about the Ritalin, does your country have non stimulants like Guanfacine?

Guanfacine doesn’t work for me and in Tennessee it’s so hard my adhd is bad I can’t finish a task such as cleaning or anything going to mail box is such a project takes me at least a hour I can’t concentrate
