I want to thank everyone who responded to my post. My husband tries hard to understand my condition, I should have stated that he himself struggles with OCD and therefore when I have a slip up it also agitates him. I am seeing a therapist and I working on sharing my stresses with my husband. I grew up in a household where we weren't allowed to talk about our feelings and we were constantly told we weren't good enough, so there are a lot of layers to the situation. I am back on my meds and it's amazing how different I feel and how different I am able to get things done. My husband and I are constantly working on our relationship and I appreciate all of your concerns. Having this group is going to be helpful. We are traveling overseas on Friday and I think getting away is helpful too. Thank you everyone.
