Depression can cause inattentiveness, distractibility and working memory problems, so it can appear to be like ADHD.
However, people with ADHD are more likely than neurotypical people to develop depression at some time in their life. And anxiety, depression, and other mental health struggles can combine with ADHD, which make ADHD symptoms more significant than usual.
If you are not already in counseling or therapy, I would suggest it. I've needed help at times from therapy and even antidepressants from my doctor. I wish that I'd gotten help like that years earlier.
Now that I'm divorced and co-parenting my kids, I'm also considering getting counseling focused on parenting. After raising two kids into adulthood already, I expected it to be easier with the youngest two. They are certainly easier than my eldest daughter was, but as a single parent, it's quite different than when their mom and I were together.
So, I'm looking at those parenting classes that the local county provides, and if I can't take those, my employer benefits include counseling referrals.
I'd suggest that you consider the same sort of assistance. Parenting doesn't get any easier...it just has to adapt from one kid to the next.
