Hi SJackson - welcome!
I’m sorry to hear about your struggles - ODD is definitely a challenge!
Does the ODD seem to be worse in medication, or when it wears off?
If you haven’t yet, I’d recommend reading ‘Your Defiant Child’ by Russell Barkley &/or ‘The Explosive Child’ by Ross Greene.
Child Mind Institute also has some articles that may be helpful: childmind.org/topics/disord...
ADHD / ODD kids typically respond better to very specific parenting styles - usually ones that center on positivity & rewards over punishment, with simple rules with clear & immediate (though not necessarily severe) consequences. Parent training by a therapist or a class that focuses on a positive parenting style could be of benefit.
Hopefully you are able to find some help!
