Though some parts of the country are in the midst of a once-a-century blizzard, spring is emerging in other parts. Do you find that your child's ADHD symptoms seem to improve when they can finally run and play outside again?

We asked two researchers about the effect that being outdoors and surrounded by greenery can have on attention. Their results are exciting, especially this time of year! Read " Springtime & Sunshine: Can They Ease ADHD?" at bit.ly/nrcspringsun for what they told us.

Are you ready for sunshine and longer days?
