Calling all parents of ADHD teens

Any tips? What's working for you in getting your teens to do their partat home/chores?

We struggle with that also but I have found that if I break the chores apart into single tasks he can get them done more easily.

Thanks. I've been so overwhelmed with the hormonal changes I've been going through. It's been hard to be consistent and structured. I made a simple list today with clear consequences if they don't comply. We'll see how it works. Wish me luck. Ever since my 17 year old son started working (detailing cars), he seems to have adapted this idea that he's exempt from chores or something. It's always something with my two ADHD lovelies.
