Looks like others have had issues. My app froze for 2 days. I reloaded it and I've lost 3 years data - and all my medals 😥

The same thing happend to me. Iveonly been using the app since January but I was proud of my achievement so far. I've reinstalled it now.

So annoying. I so feel for you. It can be so devastating.

Someone else mentioned that there was an app update.

There have been quite a few reports, and there is a tech support contact specified in the app.

I do use another app as my everyday tracking app for walking and running (free version of Runkeeper) and use the Active10 additionally for motivation. So all my mileage is tracked by a more reliable app.

Might be a way forward.

But just know, even though the badges might be gone, you have achieved all those milestones! And that is the most important thing!
