hi I’m new and thought I’d introduce myself, I currently do strength training 5 days a week but decided to do some steady cardio so trying walking to begin with, hoping to do 30 mins daily to start with

I prefer walking too and have been doing it for two years now and I would miss it now if I didn't do it, enjoy
