I've completed my first week and am proud of myself for finding the time to get out. Did struggle to find the time most days but am glad I managed to do it. ๐

I think we do have to prioritise 'me' time in order to get out there....its so easy to say we're not going to go out today for that walk or run as we don't have time, due to always something else....jobs round the house, weather, meal time, something on the TV, etc etc! I agree it's not easy though. I've only just started going for a walk every day, sometimes two, and the motivation has been because I'm walking a neighbours dog and I don't want to let him down. I do feel better for doing it, and am hoping a few pounds may get lost on the way before my hols in 8 weeks! Ha. Good luck with your exercise! Keep it up!
Well done! The first week is always the hardest. I have only been doing this for a few weeks but already feel better. If I miss a day, I try and walk a bit further the next day.
So hard - working, family, caring for family Members and pets and housework all come first. Managing 10 mins a day at present but not sure I will be able to increase this but already it's something. Only need to lose a few lbs so hoping this will help ๐ค
