just a short 4.64km walk in snowy conditions. Had yaktrax on trainers incase of slippage. -3 when walking. Think could be -5 tonight. Mr D and I just went a short walk before lunch and after we did housework together, Mr D uses the heavy hoover. We saw some men cutting back some diseased trees, they looked frozen. Went back up the river , really foggy which made it colder . Back home for baked potato and dairy free cheese and chicken. Fingers were in a lot of pain with the cold so glad to get back home. Enjoy your wee, state safe and cosy. PS there are 2 people in the distance but have to scroll to see unless good eyesight.

Beautiful. No snow here in mid Wales, which is quite surprising really, but the winter is young yet.

You mentioning your yak tracks reminds me I'm gonna have to dig mine out - they saved my life more than once last year!

I was having a horrible long covid day yesterday & I really didn't move very much at all, but a bit livelier today thankfully. I went out to meet an old friend in Abergavenny & l had a mooch around. I hope to put in more steps later on, on the treadmill but we shall see as I'm feeling a bit deflated again now 🥱

oh hope I feel better soon, I won’t be without my yaktrax in this weather as scared I fall with the osteoporosis and gives me a wee bit more confidence.
