City walk at night

MissUnderstanding profile image

There’s something really wonderful about a night walk. We were over in Bath for a concert and arrived early enough to have a wander around the city. I often spend time in Bath but everything looks different when it’s dark and quiet. The abbey was too spectacular not to share!

Just half an hour’s extra steps around some random streets but it made a great night out even better!

Night walks, yes! Who doesn’t love them! Beautiful!

I have had the fortune to experience French cathedrals at night on past holidays, torch hikes through ice-filled German forests, and mystic bonfire night walks on Scottish moorlands. (Saw a group of stags 5 meters from us! ) Hmmmm …,

But haven’t done a proper night walk for quite some time. Must do!

Thanks for the inspiration!

🍏 Night walks are magical be they in a city or out under the stars in the countryside! My favourite back home is watching the moonrise over the sea lighting up the waves!

Beautiful photo of the cathedral! Hope you enjoyed your concert!
