C25K Minus 1!!! ... Really???!!! 🫣 😱
Had a lovely walk at dusk - after too long a gap - with dh last night. Feeling my age as we started out 🫠 as had a long 8 days since the last one. I have been internally craving to get out 🙃 - plus the negative parrot on my shoulder has been talking too much to me this week 😬 😔
Felt great afterwards 😃 - all comfortably stretched and less stressed from those feel good hormones. 🥰
Last week was mega busy for me with an assessment I passed 🥳 ... followed up by an interview for a job in the NHS! 😷 😇 Haven't heard anything yet though and it was Thursday so as the days pass my hopes are fading 🫤 🤔 🤞 ... but I did mention intending to start C25K as one of my hobbies! 😂 🤣
Tonight is my last training session at Sam before my mentoring starts on Friday evening. 😁 Haven't dipped in here to read your guys posts for a while and have missed them. Glad to get back to it ☺️ 👍😊
PS Just realised that this was my last preliminary walk before C25K begins! But it was 8 days since the one before ... so do I do another couple of walks first?! That is the question! 🚶♀️🫢🏃♀️
