I'm very excited for you and can't wait to read your first post about running. I expect you've read the guide to C25K and lots of other people's posts. My tip would be choose favourite music to listen to, take it really slow and enjoy 😁

Keep well hydrated (even on non run days)
'Dynamic' stretches before the run and 'Static' stretches after !
Take a rest day between runs (or more if needed)
Trust the programme, it works !
I have just completed it again last weekend.
