Well, I've been singing my way through the Beach Boys greatest hits double CD the last few days on my dog walks and it's been really fab walking, boogying on down, and singing away at the top of my lungs 😀👍
I always sing as I run - it helps me with breathing and pace - but it looks like I might be starting new habit of singing whilst I walk too 🚶♀️🚶♀️🚶♀️🐕🐕🐕
