Yesterday we went to our local National Trust place - a ruined castle, and the universe kindly obliged with all sorts of yellow things to snap away at! I love this idea, because it's surprising how much more carefully we were looking around us, to spot the yellow things, rather than just mooching around. Good fun!
From top left: some pretty lichen on the wall; a helpful delivery van driver who happened to be going past!; a hoop-throwing game set up for children (although don't tell anyone but we enjoyed playing it too); a distant field of some sort of yellow crop; an electricity pylon; a teapot in the window of the gift shop and an archery game, again set up for the children and we would have had a go at that one too, but there was a big queue and it has to be said that most were adults!
It was a lovely day, with the sun shining and a bit of a breeze, and the local preserved railway was operating so the steam trains were puffing along nearby too.
