#Photowalk April: Drip, drip, drop little (almost) April showers…

Yesterday I had time for a quick walk around the local lanes between downpours. The air was full of drizzle but dry enough to get the camera out. All of the flowers, leaves and branches had little jewels of water decorating them. Beautiful!

It was! I’ve never paid any attention to what rain does to flowers before. Great challenge!

Brought back a memory of picking primroses as a child and nibbling on the stems, they were extra tasty if it had been raining,

After a short walk, after the rain.. sometimes beauty is right there on your doorstep.

The patio outside my Studio... wet and wonderful... small runner in training's, Foxy Boy, keeps guard, alongside his long- time friend Pigling Bland, ( don't ask), a tiny clump of daffodils, just thrust in there at some point. The sky reflected in the stone.

We do live in a world of wonder don't we ?
