8.38 km walk

Out 6.30 for my walk 8.38 km. 1 hour 19 mins. Pleasant about 17 degrees. Slight drizzle. Mr D tried a 5 km run today but injury still niggling . Taking it easy after 2 weekends gardening and yesterday after work. If it doesn’t get too hot will sit out but Open Golf on tv so that could be 2 nd choice. Take it easy and care over the next couple of days , hydrate plenty.

Bought another pair of Altra trail and did short walk yesterday in them. Took photo. The colour is peach/coral. Look pink in photo.

Nice new shoes, are they running shoes (trail)? You use them for walking? I am using my running shoes for walking at the moment. They still feel the best of all the shoes I have for walking. Enjoy the outside or the Open Golf, whatever you choose 😉

I wouldn't run on roads with them. Sometimes I use on roads but not all the time. I just need comfort . Nice and wide across front. Mostly use my brooks ghost 13 for walking in. If I went on a hill would use my trails . Think they're for running trail but I sort of use them different . I sat in the sun and listened to Golf on iPad radio so had them both. ☀️🙂
