Got up at 6 am ( could have been up at 530am noisy blackbird singing his heart out). Went at 7.05 km walk in 1 hour 5 mins around a village near us and along the riverside , first time in ages as with light mornings. Still and calm . At end of walk jogged last 100 metres with Mr D who did a short 2km as has upper hamstring tendinopathy for the last 5 months. Hope sun comes out later for Easter 🐣.

Happy Easter everyone 😊

I put more about Mr D hamstrings on Bridge to 10 km. He is really struggling since November when he slipped in bath and pain is going into butt, he’s not one for exercises, thinks it goes away on its own. The type of job he has with lifting and bending doesn’t help for resting wise working 6 days a week. Any idea what he could do even exercise, he’s gotten than fed up he’s went out two Sundays 2 km slow jog but still faster than me because pain is the same whilst walking or running. Hope I have a lovely day. You’re doing well with all your activities. 👍😊🐣
