Hi everyone I am rosepetal- and have been involved in weight loss group for a year. I am a Canadian and really enjoy the group!! I was abit discouraged and talking to administer from the weight loss group and she suggested an excercise group. And talked to a gentlemen and suggested this group. I walk 30 minutes atleast 5 days aweek. And would love to make it a permanent 6 days a week and increase my minutes to anhour. And would love to talk to everyone and enjoy the group!!! Thanks ☺️

Hi Rosepetal welcome and like you I walk 40 minutes a day or 4 km weekdays most if I can early morning and walk 8/10 km Sunday longer walk. I am walking for bone health hoping it will help osteoporosis. Try and increase your time gradually. Put some photos of your walk if you like . 😊

Thanks so much for the tip!! I will have to remember to take my phone with me. I take a very small radio with earphones with me. I enjoy the old music station!!! You are doing great ☺️. I am sure the walking is helping with your positive thoughts that helps alot!!! I am getting up early rest of the week and go 5 minutes more over the next couple of weeks. I don't do the k/m but time. I am going to take Sunday's off. Thanks 👍😊
