Hi, I do walk three or four times a week averaging 4000 steps but have decided to try and do 10,000 a day which roughly works out one and a half hours a day. I did 11,900 yesterday.! It’s quite a commitment but in March the Uk is doing a fundraiser for charity so I’d like to give it a a go. Wish me luck and good luck to all of you. We can do it.😃

Best of luck. I'm sure you can do it but unfortunately I'm equally sure that I can't. I'll carry on with my 30-40 minutes brisk walking most days which I reckon is about 5-6000 steps a day.

Yes, you can do it! If doing it all at once is too much, break your walks up into smaller walks throughout the day. I try to walk 600 steps every hour during the day, and then one longer walk at some point.
