End of first week

Hi all. 🙋‍♀️ I have been good. For my first week ……

Fri 30 min early walk

Sat Lesley Sanson 30 mins fast walk in kitchen

Sun 30 min walk

Mon+Tue- 30 mins fast walk Lesley Sanson

Wed 30 mins boosted walk Lesley Sanson

Only day that didn’t hit target of 30 mins on the app was Friday. Because although I felt I had done it, and indeed did a fair bit of walking that day, and hit my 10,000 step target, my natural pace is quite slow!

SO I did the miles in but not the pace for this app. So I did an extra day (target of 30mins five times a week) When I went out to walk on Sunday, I made sure to keep the pace high all the way!!

I found the Lesley Sanson walk out good, You only have to keep up to the walking pace and you hit it, without doing the movements if you don’t want to. The 30 minute boosted one that I accidental put on for Wednesday is no good for this. It has movements and ‘bobs’ that don’t seem to count on the app. I just used the rhythm and did the steps that I know work. But will be using the one called

Or going round the block. I get up very early, it is good to be able to get my ‘thing’ done via the internet in the house, because it would not be safe to go out walking alone round here before daylight, and the weather is not encouraging it much!

Sounds like you’ve had a really great start to your weight loss week. Well done! I’m on my first week as well but am still finding it hard to get regular exercise in. I was off I’ll with a cold/flu type thing last week (not COVID-19 thankfully!) and I have chronic fatigue syndrome so feel really exhausted this week. Still, the eating part has gone well and I feel much better for that (less bloated and stuffed). Onwards to the next week of eating less and moving more!

Sorry you have been unwell Zadkini! I hope you are back on top form soon! 🌹🌈

I am AWFUL at keeping up to work outs! 🙄. But as I now get up REALLY early (4.30) and go to bed REALLY early (8.30- 9pm) I can have the you tube done 6am. So don't have to think too hard about the rest of the day. 😁🌈

Vale57, you and I seem to be on the same sleep/awake cycle except that I stay up later and read myself to sleep each night.

My best energy is morning so waking early, even if unintended, and getting done the "have tos" frees me up for the rest of the day.

Thanks, I am finding it easier already to do the Sansons one, so not quite as much pushing needed to put it on and get it done, X 🐱‍👤

Well done you! The epitome of “start as you mean to go on”

I especially admire you having the motivation to get up and get going before the crack of dawn. Impressive work.

Big congrats to you, Vale57 !! Well done indeed.
