Getting my 5-6 miles in!!

Since my back injury (Sept) and my DVT (Feb), I hadn't been able to get back to my very active self. This past week I was not only able to walk two walks a day at 2-3 miles each, but pain free!! I also did a long 6.5 miles on Sunday! I'm hopeful that I can get back to my workouts some day... spin classes, Zumba, body pump and arc training. Doing my best to keep it going this week.

That is great news, particularly on the longer walk. So glad things are going well.
