7,443 steps. My BMI is within range but I need to reduce my waist size. Any suggestions?

That is a hard one if your within BMI range. It is an old myth that you can exercise solely to tone up one area but general Stregnth training with core work should help to tone you up all over including your stomach. Here is a link to the NHS ones to try.

Me too! If you find the answer please share it! ;)

Hmm. That's tricky. I'd ask your doc the next time you are in. You could also see if there are any classes or trainers that could show you some strength work that you could do after your walks with things you have around the house. Yoga is also really good for building up your core as well as increasing your flexibility.
