Hi, I am new to Active 10 and my aim is to get back in to walking as well eat more healthier - so I downloaded the app to my phone, got off the couch and put on comfortable footwear and opened the door to brand new me - 3km later knackered and sore I have earned a well earned rest - I enjoyed the walk listening to my fav tunes - whoo hoo..!!!

Welcome to the forum livi66! My word you really are motivated - 3km as a first walk! And you enjoyed it too! Just try not to overextend yourself - you don't want to be so sore that you take a week to recover (experience speaking here!) Lol
