Today I start counting steps (I will do this more once I start university as I'll be walking more)! Anybody else counting steps? Tell me the most you've done in the past week 👇👇

There are lots of us counting steps on here best way is to set your own goals rather than trying to compete as we are all at different levels. Find a baseline for yourself and see where you are going to start from. Start with a mind to building up to 10,000 steps a day. Keep coming back on here for motivation.

I've recently started counting steps. Not always achieving 10k steps, but getting there. You'd be surprised how much it takes to hit the target. But keep going. It's a good motivator and good start.
