Very excited as my fitness watch arrived last week. After a very frustrating evening getting the apps downloaded etc. This week I managed 3 lots of 10'000 steps. Any tips on getting a few extra steps just through the day. I am going for a walk every evening which I have worked out my circuit is about 3000 steps. Haven't managed to do it twice yet as it is normally late by the time I get out. When my other half gets up will try and do a couple of circuits this morning. Tried an exercise video yesterday but wasn't as many steps as I thought. Thanks
