Yesterday we went to a party and totally blew my calorie count, 2,648 calories as opposed to 2,000 +/- 100 calories. I was going to compensate this week, but the replies to my last post made me realise I need to be sensible about losing weight and getting fitter, so I'd just like to say thank you. There's some useful advice from folk that have got the t-shirt.

Anyway hope you all have a great week

Don't worry about the extra calories with yesterday, we all deserve to give ourselves treats now and then. Just forget about the extra calories of yesterday as that day is done with and over now and just put it behind you and start again with today. Good luck!
