I find it easy to do 10000 steps at work as am a senior care assistant working 12hour shifts . My trouble is I lack motivation on my 4 days off 😐 but...... after signing up to this group yesterday I just done 3000 steps with my dogs in this nice sunshine x Have a great day guys x

Good for you! This forum keeps me motivated to get out there. Enjoy your walking!
Dogs probably loved the walk. Mine ensure I get out the door at least once a day, no matter how small the walk.
