App no longer working

The app seems to have stopped working. I have been inspired to do more exercise with it for a year or two, but the last couple of days, it shows zero.

I see a number of similar reports from other users. Is this being fixed or do we discontinue using it and find something else?

No, not at all. One day it works; next day, nothing.

Very disappointed.

if you are using Android and you have recently updated the operating system, it is probably due to the new Android settings that kill processes running in the background unless you explicitly allow them under the power settings.

Anyway completely new version is expected to be released any day now, so I suggest that while you wait you open the app every morning to make sure it is running.

Thanks. Settings still shows permission for the app.

I guess I will wait to see if an updated version will do the trick. Will we be notified in some way or will it just happen?
