What a glorious day for a walk!

I spent this morning walking the dog around the periphery of Brighton with wonderful views over the South Downs. This afternoon I spent working on my allotment. Today I clocked up over 30,000 steps and 13 miles so all my Fitbit Targets met. Walking has really aided my weight loss over the past 3 months. This my dog among the primroses and whatever I try I can't rotate him but you get the idea. Daisy
