Hi guys is it safe to take 150mg sertralaine with 50 mg f amitrypiline, think ivie spelt tht right, just ive been taking them last couple of days and finding my heart racing, more so when I'm sitting still, pounding like mad is this right I'm just a bit worried

Amitrityline may cause arrhythmias. You need to get this checked out if it doesn't settle, probably tonight, otherwise with your GP tomorrow.

When I have a question about mixing meds (even OTC drugs) I usually call a pharmacy... most of the time they are happy to look it up and answer you... if they feel you need to ask your Dr...is means you really do.... Good luck!
