Very rare you have the 1 without the other , anxiety first if its stays depression will follow , that why most AD S have anxiety agents in them . so don't suffer in silence relief is a script away

Yes i agree with what you have said Manic666. For me anyway my depression if you want to call it that is definately caused by extreme anxiety although I accept that we are all different and have different types etc. gemma
