Hi, How big is your Tumor, I had Radio Surgery in March 22. My Tumor was 20 x10. It has stopped growing, my symptoms are Tinitus, Part deaf in my right ear, balance problems, occasional headaches. These symptoms are slightly worse than before the treatment. Ask the question do you need any treatment, or can you carry on with watch and wait. Regards Mike

do you still have tinnitus after surgery. Do you wear an hearing aid. I can cope now. Still suffering complications after back surgery. I’m scared for surgery

hi .

I had surgery in aug 22 my AN had got over 28x22 and was growing fast . Most of it was removed but still have two small bits remaining that are sat on my face nerves .

Tinnitus is still with me and I’m now deaf in left ear .

But hey ho learning to slow the pace down a lot . Spending as much time as possible in the great outdoors .

Been a self employed gardener for over 20 years , so sitting down isn’t an option . 👍🌸

Please try not to worry about the op . Keep positive . 🌸👍

ACOUSTIC NEUROMAS or same re named Vestibular schwannomas are so different symptoms are not only by size but whatever surrounding areas they may be close to, or pressing on. Obviously some stay dormant however others grow or have spurts. So your symptoms along with the scan results tend to predict the treatment.

Hello, firstly try to stop panicking. It may not grow and you may never need any treatment. And IF it grows, but it is smaller than 3cm you could have radiotherapy not surgery. I use canaboid drops ( not in ear, by mouth) to help relax/sleep and I think it helps a little. Whatever helps you feel better, that does no harm. I have had radiotherapy ( 2.5cm) and symptoms are the same after as before, tinnitus and hearing loss. I live a very lovely full life. You’ll be okay 💐

Hi. Not sure where you are in SA but there are some excellent consultants in Cape Town Don’t waste your money on CBD. There is no evidence it will make any difference
