Whether to apply for pip

Am having a baha fitted shortly and my question is whether to apply for pip.

I currently work full time even through a back injury resulted in operation, having to have a disc removed and another fused.

Would this all entitle me to receive pip or would I be just wasting my time applying.

Any advice greatly received

The reason am asking is, have taken the mock test/survey thing and according to that I only scored 2 points...

Again with the back injury I have it means I have to take 13 tablets a day including morphine. But am able to work.

I don't want to waste my time applying for pip just to be told no, if you get what I mean.

But thanks for your advice
