Hi , I have suffers from depression and anxiety since I was about 12. I have BPD & GAD witch I have had some help in dealing with it. Some days all I what to do is die life is so hard to cope with sometimes. There isn't anyone to turn to for help becauce your family have had enough so you just sit there while your head does yor head in becauce it won't shut up. I try very hard to distract but it's just so hard sometimes. Any way I shall stop going on .

Hi. I am new to the site but certainly not to depression. Had many down times over a long period of time and the only advice I can give is that finding support does help. Just knowing you are not on your own with this debilitating condition . I am lucky to have a very good friend although when really down in black hole it's hard to speak at all. She asked me once what would get me out of bed answer was my bladder. No matter how bad you feel look for humour . We keep on bouncing back up. Good luck.

I myself have had depression for 18 yrs. I am sick of it controling my life.

I lost my marriage, 2 jobs & my home to it.

I now have Fibro which I am finding it hard to get help for as I keep being told its from depression & I need to exercise to get free of the pain.

I feel I cant take much more.

Thanks for all your replies.

Margaret I know about the exercise. Even after I hoover , it can knock me back pain wise.

Mental Health Team I was with kept suggesting goin for coffee with a group of strangers would make me feel better & lift depression. Went once, done nothing except make me feel. anxious & a bit intimadated.

Dr & Pain Clinic suggest exercise cos it will cure pain by fighting it. How can you exercise when some days you can barely lift your headbor get out of bed with pain.

These medical people have obviously experienced either themselves & I also believe the Government have a lot to do with it aswell cos the heath care are given budgets & I feel thats why we're refused things. It maddens me cos I've worked all my life & paid my taxes & National Insurance.

Luv n hugs

Jackie
