Recommendations for any other sites for chatting with others on personal struggles including health?

I am looking for a safe place to talk to a person anonymously for awhile like up to an hour or more about what's going on in my life when it gets hard and tougher. I don't want to continue to be failed by this medical system which only works for people in the majority...Is there a real time chat opportunity and that's free and offers a good platform for people to meet to share there issues?
