Late period is it stress

Last period was end of Nov before that it was 23days in-between so technically had two in nov ... I cannot for the life of me remember if I had one in December I know I certainly didn't at Xmas. I'm on day 42 no period i am early 40s my cycle likes to be anything from 28-onwards never this long . It's strange I've had all the usual symptoms for myself that usually happens in the run up but no period. I am quite a stressed person and have been doing a lot of things that in turn are stressful . I know stress is a major factor now I am stressing a little why I haven't had one . No chance of pregnancy.

Stress…is often the main cause of a late period. If it doesn’t appear as expected on your next ‘due date’…you could speak to your GP for peace of mind.
