Sudden issues with ovulation/ cycle changes

Currently 31 and periods have always been like clockwork. Suddenly the last 3 cycles have been 36 days instead of 28. Hard to track ovulation and currently trying for a baby. Doctor said I only should be worried if I have my period 10 days after 28 days. But I’m still worried as this is a big change. Hoping I am still fertile and ovulating correctly unsure what to do to regulate or how to help with pregnancy planning. Advice please ?

Have you had COVID or COVID vaccine recently? I have everything delayed due to COVID, and I think even a flu might delay periods. As long as you have 10-11 day luteal phase, it should be ok hopefully.
