really really abnormal periods

my entire life, my periods have been normal. Ever since I was like 14 I have been able to know the exact day my period would come. I started birth control back in July because I was having really bad cramps and I wanted an extra contraceptive. My cramps stopped being so bad and my peiords remained normal. This month, my period came 10 days early. I was very shocked, but I know there are several reasons this could be, especially since my anxiety has been a lot worse recently. It ended, and then about 5 or 6 days later, I got it again. The full 5 days, heavy bleeding, it was not spotting. I am so confused and I am worried that something is wrong.

It could be your anxiety reaching havoc. Any chance at all you could’ve been pregnant and had a very very early miscarriage? Have you had your well women’s exam recently or been checked for fibroids? Lots of potential reasons. Ease your anxiety and check in with your doc.
