Since I got my periods back a few years ago they have made me so poorly .
I have balance problems, migraines and then I get a nagging pain on my right hand side that is always at the end of my period.
My periods are on time or a few days early but honestly I have a week and half where I’m okay then I am so bad the vertigo is worse , then when my periods start the period pains are bad , then I get a migraine, and then the day when my period is going I get a pain near my right side near hip .
Has anyone experienced anything like this ?
My mental health isn’t great and I’m scared it’s something else the nagging pain I get 😢
I am going to stop googling and get a nice bath see if that relaxes me .

Chronic nutrient deficiencies are behind a lot of women's period issues - especially magnesium and zinc.
I'd suggest supplementing magnesium (magnesium citrate or magnesium malate) for a month or two, to see if it helps. It would also be worth trying a zinc supplement.
In terms of your dizzy spells, it would also be worth asking your doctor to test you for B12 (deficiency makes you clumsy) and ferritin (deficiency makes you light headed). Your doctor can't test for magnesium or zinc deficiency, because the test just isn't accurate enough.
I also always recommend eating something with ginger in it in the week before your period. Studies show it's as effective at pain relief as ibuprofen, so you can't really go wrong trying it
🤔 It would do no harm to ask your doctor’s opinion about this. The pain could be unrelated to your Ovaries, but speaking to a medical professional would give you peace of mind. I have adhesions around my Ovaries, and the pain was always worse when I ovulated, and had my period.
According to VeryWellhealth.com, ovary pain, which is often felt in the lower abdomen, pelvis, or lower back, are related to ovulation and menstruation. A GYN problem like endometriosis or pelvic inflammatory disease, or even a medical condition affecting your digestive or urinary system can be to blame.5 Nov 2018
