🤢 sick

past month . I’ve have been feeling tired . Nausea , being sick , sharp pains left hand side of stomach that come and go . Constantly feeling hot . And stomach is so swollen ( people asked if I pregnant )

I have a scan no kidney stones , no water infection , not pregnant, no cyst

Any one know what this is
