my skin? Health?

ok so recently my skin been acting up I have wet yellow dandruff and white flakes of dandruff in my hair my scalp bleeds. Then I have a few rashes on my legs Gp says it fungal gave me cream. Then I have spot like red acne spots on my chest and stomach. Anyone else had this I’ve had blood test and checks but not results all clear. Then I have a sleep issue to the point I’ve started taking caffeine tablets to keep my self awake or I’ll just fall asleep for no reason. Two years ago due to pregnancy I had a pulmonary embolism on my left lung but other than mental health I’ve always been physically well. I’ve gained so much weight now as well. I used to be like a stick now I’ve got weight on my stomach and hips.

gp keeps doing the same bloods all the time but other than few up and downs on it all normal range and I don’t know why he keeps doing same bloods instead of different tests. Can any one advise.
