Just thought I'd say hi.
Hoping ive got the correct group.
Trying to lose weight but finding it such a struggle to lose any since going through the menopause, which then as knock effect of how I feel.
My diet is vegan. I so tend to eat healthy but I also can be a not so healthy vegan too, depending on how Im feeling.
Any advice please, on how others that may feel the same
