try using my fitness pal it’s free or you can pay for it count your calories, fill in the information it will tell you how many calories you can have to lose some weight. Try and fit in some exercise if you don’t do any even if it’s a walk
I have started exercising again. I walk the dogs every morning , started swimming a couple times a week, as well a couple of gym sessions and a zumba class. Although zumba is such fun, im laughing a lot. Im no Ricki Martin!
hello welcome to the board. I have the same issue. I tried a couple things like eating 3 small meals a day. And walking around the conor 2 times a day, I see some progress but not alot. We can do anything we put our minds to, let me know how things are going for you,
