Sytron liquid iron is my iron replacement of choice, they all wreck my insides though. I can't find the link but I read a study that said alternate days produced the same increase of iron supp absorbtion. I am on dulco-ease for a couple of days as my body needs a break from the iron. I also take it first thing in the morning with a cup of water and 1000mg vit C to help absorbtion. They are all painful and slow going these iron supplements. I hope you manage to find something more controllable, liquid form does help the dose. Not a quick fix though.
