good morning, yesterday I started getting upper abdomen pain that comes and goes, when it comes on it only lasts a few minutes but my anxiety kicks in and my arms start to feel weird, anyone else get this

🤔 Pain in this area could be for any number of reasons..

I suspect since you’ve mentioned arms, you’re concerned about heart attack. The only way to have peace of mind is to see your GP. If it continues more than a couple of days it’s reasonable to make an appointment anyway.
