does anyone’s body just feel weird sometimes, I can’t explain just kinda feeling numb all over

I do have tingling feelings running through my body it is frightening when it happens but was told its anxiety. I get it most when my Ibs flares up.x

thank you so much for answering me, yes my anxiety gets bad sometimes it comes and goes but very scary, happy holidays
