Are you worried about addiction, is the addiction of people on the streets, in your town, in your home, in yourself something you are finding it hard to understand. Start with a. podcast with Gabor Mate. My suggestion would be this weeks podcast with Josh Rogan.

If you are willing to open your mind to causes rather than opening you mouth to condemn the addicted you will find this interesting, informative and it may spark ideas on how to stop curing this problem. This is a work in progress of course. I particularly like his book “What the Body Knows” as it deals with auto-immune, Alzheimer's, fibro, etc
