post breast cancer medications

hello, I had breast cancer in 17, right side breast removed in 18 and was put on tamoxifen now on Femara. Hair loss is patchy with big spots and can’t seem to loss weight even though I exercise. Body chemistry is off, suffers from DLE, fibromyalgia, PTSD, depression and other life conditions trying to get better but can seem to find a way out.

could the post cancer medication be the cause?
