Perimenopause symptoms

Hi I’m just wondering if any other ladies have been having night after night chills followed by boiling hot sweats literally a few minutes apart from each other and lasting all night. I’m getting up exhausted every morning. Also has anyone experienced vomiting out of the blue for no apparent reason could this also be a symptom of perimenopause. I have many other symptoms but at present these are the most concerning ones. Would love here from you I’m really struggling at the minute as I’m sure many of you are too. Thank you for your time.

I would go to your dr, to rule anything out. But I had nausea, hot sweats, flushes, palpatations, anxiety, the list was endless. The hot sweats that lead to sleepless nights are what made me go to the dr and have HRT. I hope you get some answers .
