Thyroid nodule

Hi

Has anyone had or have thyroid nodule? Should I be worried. My blood test came back normal so no over or under active thyroid was found. Doctor sending me for a scan to see if anything else is causes a slight swelling on my gland? My anxiety is through the roof right now
